This is commercial email and the rules apply to it. Each draft already carries a real sender name, a working opt-out, and a line for a postal address — that postal address is still a placeholder and must be filled in before the first send. It is in one place, at the top of outreach.py.
Send by hand from the shared mailbox, one batch a day. Gmail is not a bulk sender: 322 messages in an afternoon is how a shared mailbox gets rate-limited and how a domain earns a spam reputation that takes months to shed. A batch a day for a fortnight also means Dawn can actually handle the replies, which is the entire point.
Anybody who replies asking to be left alone comes off this list and out of the directory, immediately and without a retention pitch. That promise is on the public site and it has to be true.
